Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Sawan is a Financial Expert in the Government of Dubai. Dr. Sawan is a member of committees and workgroups related to financial matters, member of the Board of Directors at the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA), member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors (AAA)–UAE, and member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors (AAA) – UAE. He served in various positions such as: lecturer at Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (Professional Certificate in Taxation for the Employees of Dubai Government), and lecturer of "Government Administration" in the Professional Diploma for the Employees of Dubai Government etc. Dr. Sawan holds Doctor of Philosophy Accounting-Taxation and Fees, and master's degree in Banking and Finance.
